I had put in an insurance claim on Monday and the lady helping me gave 100 reasons why they will not pay up my claim. She did not contact me i kept on following up with her and she made no effort to give me feedback on my Claim. On Wednesday I spoke to Israel and he processed my claim while I was on the phone with him he looked high and low for my handset at different branches when he found they had no stock he allowed me to choose another phone to that value and I received my phone on the the Thursday afternoon. I am very satisfied with the service from Finite and they are yet to disappoint. I absolutely love the service I received from Israel, he followed up when he said he would and even this morning he called to make sure that I received my phone. Thank you and keep up the good service. I have been insured by Vodacom in the past and it took 4 weeks to get a new phone but finerite has never taken more than 5 days to process a claim I'm a very satisfied custome
