On the 26th of December I logged a call for an issue on my Mini that was not covered by the Warranty or the Service Plan. Outsurance arranged for a tow-truck to come and pick up my car the same day. It is now 3 weeks later and a final assessment still has not be done on my car.
In the 3 weeks they have had my car, nobody has phoned me with status updates. I however have been phoning Outsurance as well as their Vendors to find out what the status is. I was told by Rene Johann Potgieter that I need to phone their Vendor myself. I told him that he should be liaising with his Vendors and regularly feeding back to me, he said they dont work like that.
All I want to know is what is going on? What is wrong with my car? Who is going to fix it and how long is it going to take? For a company that bends backwards for their clients (as advertised) i have not experienced this at all.
I cant complain about the service as their is no service.
