8 calls still no joy

I've been getting the run around with Credit Card sales division. 2 week now I still don't have the new card, FNB has already billed me for the initiation fee. If FNB can't give me the required card then give me the benefit of the interest rate. if you can't cancel the whole deal and reverse any charges. I don't belive that it takes this long to process this an application I'm sick and tired of calling the call center cos I don't get any joy.
