Poor poor service

I have now been at odds with Essential Med since they changed over to the new 1doctor network. The new network is pathetic and you do not get everything they advertise. I'm supposed to get my medication from Clicks, but everytime I get a message that 3 scripts per annum only, although the medicine is listed on the formulary. Till today no luck with fixing that after numerous calls regarding that problem - Can give names and times. Today alone I have been cut off numerous times (at least 6 times) We live in Graaff-Reinet, the closest Specsavers is 270km away in PE. I got a letter from Essential Med on 1/10/2013 to say that we can go to a optometrist in our town as long as it is covered at PPN rates. Me and my son went to the optometrist in town on 11/10/2013 and so far after numerous calls and emails from me, some tears from me and some "going to call you back" from them (they never call back), this account has still not been paid. It is now almost 4 months later. My husband also needs to go see the optometrist, but now we are scared to go. I need this account to be paid and I need my husband to go to same optometrist and medicine issue resolved ASAP.
