On the 2nd January i noticed a double debit of two amounts from Badger. Which had to be incorrect, i called badger and Lee-Anne answered. I explained my situation and was told id get a call back, i first thought not a chance are they going to call me back but Lee-Anne called me back. She advised me my money would be refunded and that she will return my call later that day for confirmation. Today i noticed the money is in my account after i had dealt with someone previously last thursday. With no proper feedback. Thank you Lee-Anne for your friendliness, kindness and efficiency. We need people like you who treat customers so good with a positive attitude. Thank you for your return calls and speedy service! Never have i ever received such outstanding friendliness for customer services, you really do make us as clients feel important, keep up the good work! Mr Nicholls
