Bad customer service

After my car was towed to panelbeaters in dec, repairs were only authorised after me realising that the car is not being attended to due to paperwork missing. My courtesy car is due back on sunday and parts have only been ordered today, which would have been ordered dec ao the repairs could start on the 6.This inefficiency sets me back by 2 weeks and the insurance denies responsibility. Yet again bad service, all I expected was all that was needed to be complete. Now I will be without a car for 2 weeks, insurance cover did help me at all.
