Reversal of Payment

A double transaction went through on my account with Capitec Bank on 17 December 2013.After several trips and phone calls to the bank and the supplier where I swiped my card, the bank tells me now that they have lost my money and dont know where to find it. I did everything I had to, including faxing the supportive documents up till now. No one from the bank phones me back or keep me up to date with what is happening. Its difficult to trust the consultants because I have heard 4 different stories and explanations from 4 different consultants. I have 3 reference numbers from the calls I had to make. But still no answer as to when I can have my money back or whether they have found it. Even the supplier (Prime Meat Market) sent their documents to proof that they have never received a double payment. Which leaves me to believe that Capitec either never intends to reimburse me or they simply reluctant to help me. Very disappointing service from the bank
