I have been trying to incorporate a payment gateway for my online business. For 3 months now I had to sit and watch how I loose clients and how I am eventually going to loose my business due to the fact that FNB and MasterCard can't even register a company name correctly. I am so shocked and disappointed that the bank who is suppose to help you make money actually does not care in the least whether they totally mess up your business. They just don't care!!!

I would just like to thank Palesa Moloi from FNB for always keeping me in the dark and never letting me know what is going on unless I send him 100 emails requesting information. I would also like to thank FNB, Merchant account division for being clueless to when it comes to doing things right. I have over shot my business launch' deadline and still FNB just doesn't care. I will remember this.
