I need to mention the manner in which Prishina attended to my situation when I phoned the Dial Direct Call-Centre (15 Nov. 2013) - She was extremely courteous from the start, and took the time to explain all my options in an unhurried, and patient manner, which I appreciated immensely. She was extremely thorough in the manner in which she had me recall all the details of my unfortunate 'accident' - I appreciated her all-round professionalism and good-natured conduct - It really meant a lot under somewhat unfortunate circumstances.
