This is to compliment Bongani Mthiyane, i called in to get a crossborder letter and to correct some of the details on my policy and i must say, Bongani is such a patient consultant, very easy to talk to and he went an extra mile to help me with all i required for, i also work at an Insurance Industry but the service he gave was tremendous and i must say he surely is an icon there...
