Sometime in December i took R4000 Temp loan at FNB which i was supposed to pay as R4400, inexplicably when money was deposited into my account FNB only debited R3100.00. I called the call centre to enquire about the status of my loan, the agent advised me that i was still owing, even though i still had money in my account. Why was it not debited is still a mystery to me. I left the oustanding money in my acc, which was subsiquently deducted on the 2nd of January. And still they did not collect the whole amount they left R22, virtually disqualifying me from access to this facility in the long month of January.

I need a logical explanation as to why my payment and credit record was deliberatly tainted.
