I have been trying to get my vehicle cover cancelled since 17 December and to date this policy is still active and a debit order of close to R900 has been collected. I am waiting for my refund!!
I have called the call centre on numerous occasion to check on the progress of my request and I have escalated my case - still nothing has happened. This morning I called and requested the team leader call me in order to resolve my problem... No call!!! This is absolutely pathetic, and incredibly frustrating!!
