Worst insurance service provider, consistently bad

Frankly, i am so angry right now, i do not even want to waste my time writing the whole details of the case. I regret the day i listened to my company procurement and switched over to AON. You guys are the worst service provider i have ever come across. nothing in your company seems to either work or be coordinated including management. There is 0 empathy in your employees, bungling of claims, no communication from anyone including management (if there is one) 1 week and counting for your "management" to sort this mess out. Careena, the staff against whom complaint was made and is still "handling" our claim calls me after 8 days saying she is "returning my call" is this a joke? i am formally writing a mail to my company's procurement asking them on what basis did they punt this insurance to their employees and was the service/track record actually checked?? I will also write a mail to my colleagues and family about what a horrible experience dealing with aon has been (100% of the time) and they should rather just go and look at service providers with good track records than with a company that does not know what is going on within their departments.
