It took over 4 weeks for the claim to be looked at and even then I had to call on numerous occassions and I was told that the manager did not authorise the claim yet - for 4 weeks.
Then having to wait another 3 weeks just for them to make a payment. Called them to confirm when payment will be made and they advised that they have over 20 days to make a payment so I must just wait. This is after waiting an extra week plus just for them to authorise a claim.
This is a 3rd party claim. Good luck to all Hollard customers.
