Dear Sir/Madam,

My Standard bank prestige account was hacked into twice in a space of less than a month. The 1st card which I the blocked and cancelled on 30-Sept-2013 was never stopped by Standard Bank and money was transferred from it even in December 2013. After receiving a 2nd card money was transferred from it too and when I blocked and cancelled this card too on the 19 December 2013 (Thursday) it continued being being used for making payments until 21 December 2013.

I'm disgusted and appalled at the service I received, continuous inconvenience, lack of protection of my funds and below the belt professionalism and support from Standard Bank. After being inconvenienced for about a month the only apology I received was a lousy "sorry!! "

I Didn't Move Forward at all but Backwards!
