Incorrect Billing Every Month

Every month I deposit cash into my Market Link account. And the brochure clearly states that one gets a free deposit up to R3000. Every month though they charge me a cash deposit fee. I then have to phone the call centre and spend 20 minutes disputing the claim and waiting for my money to be reversed. This costs me money and my phone and also disrupts me at work.

Please can someone sort this glitch out?? Also it has happened again this month and I refuse to waste money on my cell calling the call centre. Can someone contact me to reverse this erroneous fee?
