Audio: Need answer fast

To whom it may concern:

I have tried calling the call centre number... Eventually got through to a woman who I could not make out her name. I requested that she repeat her name which she did, I could still not make out what she was saying.

I eventually was able to give her my ID number. And get a rough amount, I say rough amount because throughout the entire conversation I could not hear her properly.

I would appreciate if I could be answered asap with regards to the amount of over R18000.00 which is said that I am owing.

I also would like a detailed statement of my account history and the date of the last payment made. I am almost certain that this amount owing is either paid up or prescribed.

Should it be prescribed, In which case DMC may not list me on any credit bureaus.
I would like to be contacted via email so that I have proof of my correspondence with DMC although I was informed by your call centre agent that it was impossible to communicate via email.
