Ad service from Sunninghill n Benmore Gardens

I went to FNB Sunninghill to get my debit order reversed, the admin lady refused n requested proof, i told her that the proof its on my statement, she can actually view it. I gave up and left the branch. I called my home branch which is Benmore Gardens and i asked to speak to the Admin manager, her name is Deepa Jeram, she refused to come to the phone and i overheard her saying: " tell that person that i m not here and its late, i cant be reversing debit orders this time." She hang up the phone on my ear. This is the most disgusting n extremely bad service i have experienced in my entire life. The monies in my account were meant for my daughters stationery n trip which had to pay n buy today.
