I was NOT looking forward to having my vehicle inspected today. I had a 13h00 appointment and was introduced to Riedewaan. All I can say is that this
assessor took a normally painstaking situation and turned it into a very pleasant experience. My last experience with claiming for vehicle damage happened more than 7 years ago and wasn't a very nice one. This time around it was the complete opporsite. Very professional very informative.
The service I received was top notch and my issue was handled very swiftly.
