Best and most productive call centre agent

I phoned the Merchant help desk for a fault report on one of my eft's. Mario Williams answered my call and gave me the best and most effective call centre service I ever experienced. The conversation was professional, although he made me feel relaxed and assured that my call will receive the best attention. He gave me the responding time for the technician and all information necessary. It was a pleasure logging my fault with him. I wish all call centre agents can be this professional and well trained.
