I am a very upset cust who opened her account online I then received e-mails nd sms's saying tht I shud go & collect my cheque card as it was ready . @first I went to? tteredgeville branch nd they sent my particulars to another branch where I was supposed to collect my card. after 15 minutes of waiting I was told to go 2 town & collect my card coz the whole thing couldnt b done @Attlyn I told da lady how busy I am during the week but I left not happy @all. I then went to the 1 in Townon a Saturday in December & I was told that my proof of res only had one of my names & they cant help me. then on da 2nd of Feb I woke up so early in da morning & guess wht their machine couldnt sense my tumbs like wht the coz I was frm Homeaffairs for my passport on Friday & they sensed my finger prints. Caroline one of the staff who was so impatient told me str8 @first tht I was not gonna receive my card b'coz I didnt have money to activate... I got the worse service Eva
