So today i am off went to standard bank Parow center on Saturday 28 December was told my card was at Vangate Mall. I drove all the way to Vangate mall to stand again in a long que and waited only to be told my card was not there. I have to say this is the WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. STILL NO CARD AND INCOMPETENT STANDARD BANK EMPLOYEES. From my initial complaint NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND CURRENTLY I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IN THE WORLD MY CARD IS. I WAS TOLD AN SERVICE CONSULTANT WOULD CONTACT ME BUT NOTHING. i HAVE TO SAY THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED AND CONTEMPLATING TO CANCEL AL STANDARD BANK ACCOUNTS.CAN I HAVE SOME1 TO CALL ME AND TELL ME WHERE IN THE WORLD MY CARD IS.
