No feedback from owners they dont even pick

We cant get hold of home owners insurance and the complaint were lodge November month, the complaint no 0860111665 is busy, 0860302011 I hold the line for 30 minutes, and this is not the first time, They send me a credit card as well and when I went to fetch it from the Branch in lydenburg she couldn't find it so I arranged for them to send it to hoedspruit this morning they send me a sms to say the card is ready for collection after an hour and a half there were a block on the card to say I am insolvent, and they cant get it sorted out, please help this is unacceptable
