I took a 5 year savings policy with Hollard. According to my knowlege and communication from your offices it was suppose to be paid out on the 26 Dec 2013. I understand the were holidays in between but by now its suppose to have been paid into my account. Today is the 29/12/2013 and still no signs of the transaction, is this how one is treated when there has to be money paid out funny thing a debit order went through in Dec. All I want is what's due to me to be paid out out cause its now long overdue. Hope this matter will be resolved in an amicable manner. From the 26 till now this is not acceptable.
