My husband has been banking with FNB since 2007. He went to ask for a banking statement as usual, at his surprise the teller told him to come back next year becasue he is a foreigner, the document must go to home affairs 1st so she scaned it and mailed it. BUT at his big surprise he went to another branch still in Cape Town he was served with pleasure. What kind of a service provider treats customers differntly? Very disappointing.
