I am a Standardbank migrant. The reason for my move was convenience as I work in the same place. I opened a account and was personally welcomed which was unexpected. After a few months I had issues with a double charge on my account which was sorted out sooner then they promised. Since joining I don't have a sense of dread when going to the bank. There is always a smile and a friendly greeting and they go beyond the call of duty by listening to me complaining about non bank related things. I am definitely not going to change banks soon even if it turned out not to be as convenient any more. Now if they can just approve my bank loan which I know I can afford then I will be even happier.
But overall a good job guys.
