I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha identity number 7909255929080 hereby raise a complain and need advise for Coombe Attorneys on behalf of Capitec Account, . in Sept 2012 I cancelled the debt counsellors due to the fact that they didnt pay my creditors properly and I decided to join one of attorneys called MAXLAW to act on my behalf in order to rearrange my installments with creditors. One of the consultant came to me personally at work and he told me that I have to sign the documents and they will never ghannesh me so that I have to pay R400 monthly and we agreed with that and I provide with my banking details, the first installment deducted in november and december so that the third one was not debited in my account instead they debited R240 before agreed date and they were suppose to deduct R400 on the 31/01/2013, even now the funds still available in my account .when I contacted them yesterday they told me that I am aready ghaneeshed. I was left with oustanding of R3974.76. and now they said I left with R5000. what a is this coombe, they break our agreement. I am so stressed under financially difficulties. PLEASE ADVISE
