So i sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 02/08/2013 requesting to cancel my accident plan or explaining to me how i would go about it. They never bothered replying and kept taking my money which i'm not at all happy about.
We send emails to info requesting some information which doesn't help us when they don't respond and we as customers should just accept it because Fnb is never gonna refund me or even give me a token of good will for their up
