I did a telephonic application on Friday 18/01/2013. I am still awaiting delivery of my card. FNB what is going on? This is not premier service by any means. My documents were all emailed through on the 21st of January 2013 and i receive an SMS today to advise me that you have not received ID and proof of income??? REALLY???

I then call the call centre (call was answered after 10 minutes of holding) to be told that everything is loaded on the system. So clearly the one hand doesn't know what the right is doing!!! Please i do not have the time for this nonsense. Had i known it was going to be so much PT i would have stayed where i am. I am ready to close these accounts and remain with my existing bank. So far not so good!
