I applied for a loan at Loans Connect in August 2013 but I did not get it, after some weeks I received an email that I have been handed over to Credit intelligence for non-payment of R241.76. I phoned for clarification on this and they explained that according to the Terms and Conditions of Loans Connect I have to R150.00 first before they can find a loan for me, I explained to them that I did not read the Terms and conditions but I did pay the amount of R241.76 on the 30 September 2013 ans email the proof of payment to Credit Intelligence. Now I am still receiving messages that I owe them. Please Hellopeter help.
