After a very frustrating number of weeks of dealing with the call centre, where no one returned my calls or were able to assist me, I managed to speak to Wesley the Manager of the Call Centre. Within an hour he had located my phone and to top it off he had it personally delivered to my house this morning (a Saturday! ).
Wesley's professionalism and great attitude have ensured that I will keep my policies at Finrite! You are definitely an asset to your organisation and know the meaning of customer service. A special thanks to Monique who delivered my phone and was extremely polite.
