Hello Peter,

I have existing loans with African bank, the past five months I had financial problems. I negotiated with Africa bank to lower my monthly installment, they agreed and they did not advice me that they will list my name on ITC.
I got a new job in November 2013 and my new employer requested that I should have my own transport because I'm working on site, I then applied for finance and I was told that I have arrears with African Bank on ITC. I now can not apply for any credit and my employer is getting tired of my excuses and I'm still on probation which means I can lose the job.

I contacted African Bank for three weeks now; their response is they can't help me even if I lose the job they don't care, again they debit my account when ever it suits them, resently I told them to debit my account on the 27 December and they debited on the 19 November, their arreas also are not consistance every time I call i get different values.

With the experiece I have with them, I dont see any difference between someone who does not negotiate and the one who does because you all endup on ITC, infact the term negotiate is not on their vocabulary.
