African Bank, what Can I do to speak to a manager at your offices because it seems like according to your consultants, we, the consumers, are not good enough to speak to your mangers/supervisors.
I requested a lower instalment for my loan because I am currentlu over-indebted, I dont want to do debt counselling, it destroys other people's lives. I have seen it. NCR says I HAVE A RIGHT TO ASSISTANCE WHEN OVERINDEBTED, TO NEGOTIATE WITH YOUR CREDIT PROVIDER..Why doesnt African Bank want to negotiate with me? Well, that is because i am not allowed to speak to a manager, the decision stands with the consultants. TYPICAL!

All I am asking for, is someone who is willing to listen to me as a consumer, to negotiate my payment. that is all i am asking for.
