Incorrect debit order date

I fail to understand why Miway deducted a premium on the 20th December 2013 while I have an agreement with them which stipulates that the debit date is the 28th of every month and I have never missed a payment. This was my last money I had to use over the weekend before my payday on Monday the 23rd. The reason why there are debit order dates is because people budget for their salaries and not everyday is a payday. For them to assume that I have been paid while I am only getting paid on Monday is completely uncalled for. I had my own reasons for choosing a debit order date of the 28th. Why the are they even giving me the chance to choose the date if they are still gonna take my money any time they want. I will seek some legal advise from my lawyers because I`m sure they are not supposed to be doing this especially considering my account has never missed even one payment. I hate doing business with such people who only think of themselves even if it means violating somebody else`s rights. This is not What our former president Tata Madiba fought for.
