No delivery on 'How can we help you'

We have been trying to purchase a property and all the other banks have offered us a bond - not a 100% as we do not bank with them, but our own bank with whom we have been with for almost 3 years and have had no trouble or issues with didnt even accept our application. Its rejected straight away. They didnt even offer a 90% or less. They just rejected it. The reason is we dont match the points needed on their point system from their in house accounts, credit bureaus and other external suppliers. We have no 'bad' debt, our credit records are clean and state that we manage our accounts well. So I do not see how this is the bank who claims to have a slogon 'how can WE help YOU'. They have most definitely not even tried to help us. Me and my husband will then have to move to a bank that actually wants our business. We are not happy with FNB at all - this is just very bad service!!
