I lodged a claim with Standard Bank to come and fix my swimming pool on the 19th of December and I consequently received the sms that they have allocated the service providers but will only come today the 20th. This morning I received the call from the allocated plumbers that they are ver capacitated and will not be able to come still today. I then called Standard bank to allocate me another provider and it took whoever half a day to get back to me with this. When they did, I was requested that I can find my own provider and they will pay. I find it very disturbing that when we need service there is never capacity and we have to everyday ut our plans on hold to accomodated them.
I will appreicate asssistant with this.
