No response on assesment on claim submitted

I reported an accident (I hit a dog on the M57 road coming from work) on the 19 December 2013 and submitted a claim on the 20th December 2013. So far I have only received SMSes saying that 'iWyze is still assessing my claim' and one call from the claims department asking for "AR number" but not giving any positive feedback as to what is happening or when to expect further feedback.

I'm NOT happy with iWyze level of service as nothing is happening and I'm in the meanwhile stuck without a car or timelines as to when I should expect my vehivle to be repaired. This is dismal service as it shows that iWyze doesn't respect their clients in terms of time and service. Their excuse is that its holiday season and there is not much staff at the office to process calls but that for me unacceptable because things happen all the time and we need prompt service as marketed on the adverts... Please respond to this complaint ASAP as I need timelines...
