I had an accident on the 08th of December, my car was towed for repairs. I have had no feedback on the status of my claim. I have no idea what is happening. the most frastrating thing about this whole situation is having a car that is insured and having to use taxis which i have been using for the past 8 days, it has been raining almost everyday and still no communication from king price as to when i will get my car back and what is the status of my car's repairs. This is not he great service i was promised when i took up this insurance i was promised a peace of mind should anything happen to my car.
