Being robbed of all my possessions at a guesthouse on Wednesday night I called Outsurance in a really bad mood. Vincent handled my call professionally and left me feeling calm with a sense of security in the outsurance process. (bearing in mind I now had to start dealing with police stations, traffic departments and home affairs) Outsurance (Vincent) was my 2nd call after the banks and because of him and the way in which he handled my call i immediately started to feel that this was not the end of the world. Furthermore he then followed up on my email through the website on a Saturday working overtime to handle the claims on his desk. Thank you Vincent :)
