I was involved in an accident on the 23 November 2013, my claim was submitted and the car has been in your possession since then. 3 weeks later I have not received a proper answer, I am not satisfied with the service I am receiving from Penelope as she does not return my calls. I am receiving conflicting reports with regards to the claim, once says I'm covered and the other says I am not.
I called again today and was promised that I will receive paperwork from MiWay which I am still waiting for. Unnecessary storage costs have to be paid which could've have been avoided if your customer service had dealt with my claim timeously, I will not be held responsible for them not doing what they meant to.
I have tried to escalate my query to your complaints department but it seems your customer service prefers to keep me on hold instead transferring my call.
I need to know what is going to happen to my vehicle and also the claim which I have lodged. I have kept a record of all the people I have spoken to.
It is nearly a month and this still has not been resolved. Maybe the customer service commission should be used to pay my storage costs as I am clearly not getting any service.
