No feedback received from Avbob this issues has been outstanding from 2008 to date. Is this how you treat your customers? My father in law passed on in 2008 and you have received all the document required as per your terms and conditions. Email send to Tina Pelser and Machel Ludik also an sms was send to Machel Ludik. They have all the information i will not disclose my husband details. i have read your terms and condition on what is required in an event of unnatural death and all was send to you. This is a very shocking service received. worse the debit order was only stopped in January 2013 after i have send email to complain. How do you debit if the person is no more and you have received death certificate. BAD SERVICE. Tina Pelser you have tried to assist us but this issue need to be resolved NOW.
