Claimed to have my number removed! Yea right

I've complained about the SMS's that I receive from them a couple of weeks ago. They claimed to have my number removed, and AGAIN, I receive SMS's from them. These people are unbelievable. What does a person have to do to get there attention? Obviously they don't care about the complaining.

I'm complaining to the ombudsman now. Maybe a fine will make them stop sending unwanted SMS's
