I ordered and paid for a double base set (order no 1947) on 19 Dec 2012 via the online store. Three weeks later, the bed is yet to arrive. I've taken this up with customer services, wrote emails, contacted their head office and after having been promised delivery would be done today, still nothing.

First they claimed out of stock and offered a replacement. Then they claimed i am uncontactable, then they claimed bed became soiled during transport and was never delivered. Unbelievable. Never again.
