Wow, Nedbank has become one of the worst places to go to if you need any assistance of any kind! Added to this Nthabi is probably the worst person to deal with customers and should not be allowed anywhere near any of your clients!!! How she was placed in this job I honestly do not know.
I will not be going in to detail here as to what had happened as there is not enough space to type the whole story, but if Nedbank East Rand Mall is at all concerned about getting their staff attitudes in check, please call me.
Since nobody at the branch could or would help me to confirm if the below mentioned account number is now closed, could you please do so via Hello peter as this seems to be the only way I can communicate and get an answer from you people. I do need something in writing to confirm the closure of this account.
