I would like to commend Freddy for a job well done, great attitude, willingness to listen and his ability to explain in context. For a long time, I thought insurance was just another rip-off deal, which anyone unfortunately has to sign up for. That thought has changed a few minutes ago just because Freddy knows how. Wish we could have more Freddies out there in the Insurance Industry.
