Taking to long with insurance claim

On 2/12/2013 I've contacted my Insurance Company (Integri Sure, 0860 066 066) to submit a claim for TV sets and Audio equipment as well as a fridge. I've spoken to Inga who gave me the claim nr and told me to take the equipment to a place of my choice to be assessed. I have done that and paid R600-00 to 2 different stores for before they will even start assessing the equipment to find out what the damages are. Both of the companies supplied me with letters to state that it was lightning damage and it will be uneconomical to repair the equipment.
Edgar Barnard from Periculum came out to do an assessment and I was told that it is a straight forward lightning claim. When I contacted his office on 12 December I was told that the insurance demand that the equipment must be taken to Ital Video for assessment.
Why must it be assess again if I already paid out of my own pocket for it to be assessed and sent them all the relevant documentation.
they are dragging with this claim and it is already more that 14 days that I must be without a TV set or a fridge.
