These people are pathetic

I have been under debt review since August this year and this company still insists on taking money out of my account. I have been reversing the debit orders every month and have been in contact with them and to no avail. Also I had their customer service consultants they refuse to help me. Im now sick of this and refuse to deal with anyone other than higher management
