I have a loan with ABSA which has been written against my cheque account, ie contract and debit orders are to go off from the cheque account, however on Tuesday, 29 October - an amount that is beyond my debit order amount was transferred from my savings account to the loan account without notification nor authorization. Till today, I haven't been provided with a reason nor has anyone justified that transaction and on who's authorization.
They have taken advantage of my savings and cheque accounts being at their hands and think they can do whatever pleases them with my money without consent.
This is absolute rubbish, abuse, a breach of customer relations and a violation according to Banking standards. Infact i will be laising with FSB to express my displeasure. And perhaps move all my accounts from this ridiculous institution.
