UN-AUTHORIZED BOND DEDUCTION

ON THE 08/11/13 FNB SENT ME AN SMS ENQUIRYING AS TO WHED THEY CAN PUT THROUGH MY BOND DEDUTION FOR DECEMBER . I CONFIRMED VIA SMS THAT IT'S TO BE ON THE 20/12/13. THEY REPLIED BACK VIA SMS ON THE 13/11/13 THAT IS WILL BE ON THE 20/12/13 . ON THE 12/12/13 I FOUND OUT THEY HAD PRE-DEDUCTED BY BOND. [ FIRSTLY ] THIS IS UN-ACCEPTABLE AS IT IS CONTRA TO MY INSTRUCTION AND CONFIRMATION I RECEIVED FROM THEM. [SECONDLY ] THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS BASED ON MY DEBIT ORDER ARRANGMENT I SIGNED FOR WHEN I TOOK UP THE BOND WITH THEM. I HAVE NEVER SKIPPED /LAPSED ON MY BOND REPAYMENT SINCE I TOOK MY BOND OUT WITH THEM-THIS IS NOT THE FIRT YEAR THEY ARE DOING THIS AND I AM SICK AND TRIED THAT EVERY YEAR IT IS THE SAME DAM THING -I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH SIBINA AT FNB HOUSING CALL CENTER TO GET A MANAGER /TEAM LEADER TO CALL ME BEFORE 12 NOON TODAY -[ I AM STILL WAITING]
