I would just like to state the excellent service received from Joyce at Mall @ reds branch and also the service received from Babalwa in the Call Center.

The service received was efficient and very helpful. I had doubts moving to Capitec after reading some of the comments on Hellopeter - But those fears have been removed thanks to the friendly service received.
